Operational Level of War and Joint Warfare Subject Matter Expert
The Bob Johnson Group is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Operational Level of War and Joint Warfare Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support in the areas of operational level strategy, planning, and joint military operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor and consultant on matters related to the operational level of war and joint warfare.
Provide expert analysis, assessments, and recommendations on the development and implementation of operational level strategies and plans.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on emerging trends, concepts, and best practices in operational warfare and joint military operations.
Deliver training and educational programs to enhance the understanding and capabilities of military personnel in operational level warfare and joint operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine operational-level strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives.
Assist in the development and review of operational doctrines, policies, and procedures.
Support the planning and execution of joint exercises and simulations to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the evolving geopolitical landscape, emerging technologies, and global security challenges to provide informed recommendations and insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Strategic Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
Extensive experience (minimum of 10 years) in operational level warfare and joint military operations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of military doctrine, principles, and processes related to operational level planning and execution.
In-depth knowledge of joint operational concepts, joint force integration, and joint staff functions.
Proven ability to analyze complex military scenarios and develop effective strategies and plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Active or prior military service experience is highly desired.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances.
